Nurse of the Year is going VIRTUAL!

DATE: Wednesday, November 11, 2020  |  Time: 5:30 p.m.
ADDRESS: Virtual Event, Link to come, NJ 07054

We are following CDC guidelines to avoid mass gatherings and are rapidly preparing for an exciting, virtual March of Dimes Nurse of the Year experience.  While how we are coming together has changed, we can still pay tribute to the tireless efforts of nurses across the state - while making a real difference for moms and babies, at a time when they need us the most. This spectacular virtual awards ceremony will highlight the nursing profession, recognize all the nurse nominees & finalists in 14 nursing categories and announce the recipients of the 2020 New Jersey Nurse of the Year Awards.

More than 250 nurses were nominated for this year's Nurse of the Year Awards, across 14 distinct categories ranging from Advanced Practice to Women's & Children's Health.  Applications were then reviewed and scored by nurse leaders throughout the healthcare community.  Through this competitive process, 80 finalists were selected.  Click here to view the full list of the 2020 Nurse of the Year Finalists.

The March of Dimes celebrates nursing in the most meaningful way, through partnerships with hospitals, health care facilities, organizations, vendors and individuals. Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels for our Nurse of the Year event, providing integration and civic engagement while playing tribute to nurses. We look forward to discussing your partnership with the March of Dimes.

Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.
